Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the designer item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the dress in its original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags, hangers, and dust bags are included to maintain the item's pristine condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
